Responsibilities Of The Staff Accountant

Process AP invoices and AR transactions in the ERP system.
Generate customer invoices for domestic and international shipments.
Reconcile AP and AR accounts and assist with month-end close activities.
Process payments, check requests, wire transfers, and weekly deposits.
Maintain vendor and customer records, including W-9s and 1099 reporting.
Research and resolve invoice, payment, purchase order, and account discrepancies.
Manage expense reports, prepayments, intercompany charges, and sales/use tax records.
Ensure accurate documentation, maintain accounting procedures, and support the accounting team as needed.
