Responsibilities
- Apply customer payments and reconcile cash receipts.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices and weekly payment runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor records.
- Prepare bank and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Assist with journal entries and month-end close activities.
- Support financial reporting and audit requests.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with accounts payable, cash application, and reconciliations.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
