Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare journal entries and post them to the appropriate accounts.
- Assist in preparing tax filings and other financial documentation.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
- Assist with audits and other financial reviews as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
