Key Responsibilities
- Perform full‑cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries (debits/credits)
- Assist with month‑end close, including reconciliations, reporting, and analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and support year‑end audit activities
- Utilize computer‑based accounting systems and ensure proper integration with the general ledger
- Prepare financial data, reports, and analysis to support internal decision‑making
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; equivalent experience considered
- 3 years of accounting, reporting, and analysis experience
- Significant experience with computer‑based accounting systems, including module integration with the G/L
- Experience with general ledger analysis, month‑end close, and year‑end audit support
- Experience using mainframe financial software such as Yardi strongly preferred
