- Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end and year-end close
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support inventory accounting and cost tracking within a manufacturing environment
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to understand cost drivers
- Assist with audits and support documentation requests
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
