- Support day-to-day accounting operations as a Staff Accountant, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of financial statements and internal reporting packages

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of accounting experience (insurance industry experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and core Staff Accountant responsibilities
- Proficiency in Excel and general ledger systems
- Business Central experience is a PLUS
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing accounting team
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow as a Staff Accountant
