About the Role: Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will be a critical member of the finance team, supporting the Controller in reporting, reconciliations, and analysis. You’ll be deeply involved in month-end close, audits, and special projects that touch multiple areas of the business. This is not a siloed desk job—you’ll collaborate across functions and gain exposure to key decision-makers.

What You’ll Do: Staff Accountant

• Assist with the month-end close process: AR, AP, cash, inventory, and accruals.
• Own reconciliations for inventory, vendor returns, and vendor statements.
• Prepare internal reporting packages
• Upload monthly general ledger expenses.
• Coordinate with AR on cash applications and resolve variances.
• Assist with fiscal year-end prep, audits, and tax filings.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and processes; your input matters here.
  
  

What We’re Looking For: Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Excel wizardry: Pivot Tables, Index-Match, SUMIFs, etc.
