What You’ll Do: Staff Accountant
- Assist with the month-end close process: AR, AP, cash, inventory, and accruals.
- Own reconciliations for inventory, vendor returns, and vendor statements.
- Prepare internal reporting packages
- Upload monthly general ledger expenses.
- Coordinate with AR on cash applications and resolve variances.
- Assist with fiscal year-end prep, audits, and tax filings.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and processes; your input matters here.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related.
- 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Excel wizardry: Pivot Tables, Index-Match, SUMIFs, etc.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
