Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and operational performance metrics.
- Support product costing, variance analysis, inventory reporting, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Partner closely with plant operations and leadership teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
- Develop reporting tools, financial models, and dashboards using ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
- 2–5 years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory analysis, financial reporting, and variance analysis required.
- Strong analytical, communication, ERP system, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
