What You’ll Do
As the Sr. Financial Analyst, you will:
- Lead financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions, including hands-on due diligence, valuation support, and post-acquisition reporting
- Build and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Present actionable financial insights to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for assigned business units
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate ROI, performance metrics, and cost optimization opportunities
- Analyze market and competitive data to inform growth strategies
- Drive enhancements to financial reporting, systems, and analytical tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis with direct M&A and due diligence involvement (required)
- Proven experience supporting acquisitions from analysis through execution
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- A finance professional with mandatory M&A and due diligence experience
