- Experience managing non-exempt employees

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable and cash receipts
- Ensure accurate vendor setup and maintenance, as well as expense processing
- Administer client payment processing across various methods
- Monitor trust account transactions for compliance
- Support accounts payable and receivable personnel with workflow and guidance
- Collaborate with strategic initiatives alongside senior management
