- Serve as the main point of contact for teachers and staff, providing supervision, support, and guidance.
- Observe classrooms, assist with behavior management, and review lesson plans to ensure high-quality instruction.

- Lead and attend IEP meetings and assist in goal setting and progress tracking for students.
- Supervise and mentor staff, helping to develop their professional growth.
- Plan and implement educational strategies, policies, and program improvements.
- Master’s degree required; PhD preferred in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in classroom leadership and supervisory roles in special education or related settings.
- Strong understanding of special education laws, IEPs, and behavioral interventions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
