Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Staff Accountant Role

•  Support the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
•  Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger activity
•  Perform detailed account reconciliations and investigate variances or discrepancies
•  Prepare daily cash reporting and monitor cash activity
•  Assist with financial statement preparation and supporting schedules
•  Help strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls as the organization evolves
•  Support future inventory analysis and cost accounting initiatives
  
  

Requirements For The Senior Staff Accountant Role

•  Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with 4–7 years of accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close exposure
•  Solid experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
