Staff/Senior Accountant

Open to a 1-2 year person with an Accounting degree and has AP experience

General ledger month end close, assist with financial statements, cash management, bank reconciliation, journal entries, AP, analysis of balance sheet, trial balance,
Coordinate vendor payments, ensuring timely settlement of invoices
Review and verify invoice accuracy, resolving discrepancies or issues as necessary
Monitor accounts receivables, follow up on outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate records
Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding balances
Provide routine reports on outstanding A/R balances, collections, and progress and credit memos, and payroll processing backup
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making and forecasting
Strong Excel systems
