Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end, biweekly, multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees
- Support payroll for a large unionized workforce, including timecard review and adjustments
- Handle tipped wages, tip credits, garnishments, and child support orders
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and support audits
- Experience processing large-scale, multi-state payroll
- Union payroll experience (strong plus)
- Payroll system experience; UKG preferred
