Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end, biweekly, multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees
• Support payroll for a large unionized workforce, including timecard review and adjustments
• Handle tipped wages, tip credits, garnishments, and child support orders
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts and support audits
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience processing large-scale, multi-state payroll
• Union payroll experience (strong plus)
• Payroll system experience; UKG preferred
