- Multitask across diverse projects in a dynamic, billable hours (T&M) environment
- 7 years of GovCon accounting experience (Required)
- Unanet software experience (Highly preferred – major plus!)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Experience in a small firm, boutique practice, or consulting setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
