- Manage high volume intercompany transactions, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end close for complex multi-entity operations
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and operational metrics
- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support strategic decisions
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally and lead meetings with auditors and business stakeholders
- Oversee special projects and strategic initiatives as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. Higher education is preferred.
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Alteryx, macros, advanced formulas)
- Retail inventory accounting experience is highly preferred
