- Build and manage driver-based financial models to support long-range planning and M&A initiatives
- Play a lead role in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and what-if scenario analysis
- Produce monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including dashboards and leadership-ready presentations
- Analyze financial performance by identifying trends, variances, and key metrics to inform business strategy
- Create and enhance business intelligence reporting using Power BI, SQL, and related tools
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with board-level reporting, investor deliverables, and strategic planning materials
- Partner closely with operations, sales, business development, treasury, and other cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA a plus)
- 3–5 years of increasingly responsible FP&A experience with strong modeling and forecasting exposure
- Background in M&A support, valuation techniques, and strategic analysis
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and ERP environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience supporting senior leadership
- Forward-thinking, analytical professional with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement
