Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading global organization, is seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing Finance team. This role offers an opportunity to drive meaningful insights, partner with leadership across business units, and support critical financial strategy and reporting initiatives.

Salary: $105,000 - $125,000

Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of financial analysis, reporting, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills; Oracle Planning and Power BI experience a plus.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence across business units and senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable with problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in large organizations or consolidations preferred.
• Must meet federal background investigation requirements.
  
  

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate consolidated financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual cycles.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by partnering with cost center owners and leadership.
• Provide financial analysis for long-term planning, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Leverage Oracle Planning and Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and financial modeling enhancements
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
