- Lead monthly close and financial reporting
- Review journal entries, accruals, and GL activity
- Deliver variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
- Partner with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants
- Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA required
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Background in insurance or highly regulated environments preferred
