- Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 (flexible up to $110K for the right background)
- Fully onsite role with strong collaboration across accounting and operations
- High-impact position with ownership of full-cycle accounting and cost accounting

- Own full-cycle accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Lead cost accounting processes, including inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Partner closely with operations to understand production costs and improve financial visibility
- Maintain and review general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support financial reporting and provide insight into cost drivers and business performance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and internal controls
- Assist with audit support and ongoing compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (flexible for strong, relevant experience)
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of inventory, BOMs, and cost analysis
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to operate independently
- Eager attitude and interest in long-term growth
- Strong systems aptitude; ERP experience preferred
