Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

About The Opportunity

We are representing a respected regional CPA firm in Indianapolis that is seeking a Senior Auditor to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced audit professional who has earned their CPA designation and is ready to take on a leadership position within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
• Plan, execute, and review audit procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training
• Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports
• Identify and communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Stay current with accounting and auditing standards, regulations, and industry developments
  
  

Qualifications

• CPA designation required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 4–7 years of progressive audit experience in public accounting
