Senior AP Coordinator Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume accounts payable processing from invoice entry through payment
• Review invoices for accuracy, proper approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
• Process employee expense reports and corporate card activity utilizing Concur
• Work within Yardi to process invoices, maintain vendor information, and support AP functions
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including ACH, checks, and electronic payments
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP-related general ledger accounts
• Assist with month-end close activities, accruals, and AP reporting
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
• Partner with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and internal controls
  
  

Senior AP Coordinator Qualifications

• Prior accounts payable experience required
• Hands-on Concur experience required
• Hands-on Yardi experience required
• Strong understanding of the full accounts payable cycle
• Experience working in a high-volume AP environment preferred
• Strong Excel and general accounting systems skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize deadlines and work effectively within a team
• Comfortable working 5 days onsite in Waltham, MA
  
  

Compensation

The Senior AP Coordinator position offers a salary range of $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience.
