- Own key responsibilities within the month-end close process, including complex journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Help ensure financials are reported within the reporting cycle.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial information and operational reporting.
- Support quarterly SOX audits, including gathering and preparing documentation.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Research and resolve accounting issues and complete various ad hoc financial and accounting projects.
- Partner with the accounting and finance team to improve processes and support business needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 3-4 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to public accounting/audit or manufacturing.
- Good computer skills, including ERP experience and proficiency in Excel-pivot tables, vlookups, formulas
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
