Key Responsibilities – Senior Accountant
- Assist in transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite
- Spearhead heavy cleanup of accounting (backlog to current)
- Import and validate data
- Reconcile payments and deposits with bills and invoices
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Resolve general reporting issues
- Produce reports: Cost Reports, Governmental Grant Reports, and ad-hoc reports
- Work alongside assistant controller to discuss findings and initiate problem-solving techniques
- Bachelors in Accounting required, CPA highly preferred (not required)
- ERP implementation experience required
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
- Degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- Grant reporting/non-profit experience is a major plus
Salary : $75,000 - $93,600
