- Coordinate audit requests and prepare supporting documentation
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize property accounting systems and Excel to maintain accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years of accounting experience, ideally within property, real estate, or multi-entity accounting
- Experience with financial statements, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Experience with property accounting software preferred
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
