This position starts off as full-time in our Denver office, with the opportunity to move into a hybrid remote schedule after training. The role is responsible for processing, including reviewing, verifying, and reconciling a variety of transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Production and distribution of monthly client financials
- Reviewing and posting all GPR functions
- Verification or all receivable and payable data processed
- Calculation and processing of owner distributions
- Posting and processing of property management fees
- Maintain property balance sheets
- Researching and answer Portfolio Manager’s or Client’s questions regarding tenant statements or financial reports
- Reviews, approves, and enters journal entries
- Ensure accuracy of all general ledger information and account balances
- Current/Retained Earnings
- Oversee accounts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Banking set up for onboarding and offboarding of properties
- Adjustments and corrections for batches within Yardi/Rent Café
- Posting AJE’s for closing statements
- Posting YE CPA adjustments
- Work closely with 3rd party auditor to help prepare bank recs, reviewing and correcting variances
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, strongly preferred
- 2 years' experience with full cycle accounting, required
- Experience in multi entity, strongly preferred
- To thrive in this role, you must be a detailed oriented individual with a proven track record of accuracy and process improvement
- Organized and professional with excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Solution based thinking in a fast paced environment
- Experience with Yardi Voyager, Payscan, and Yardi BillPay preferred
Compensation Package
- $70,000 - $90,000 base salary, depending on experience
- 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start
- 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
- 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Working Conditions
- Position is full time Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.
- Full time in our Denver office for training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid remote work schedule after training.
