- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial statements as a Senior Accountant
- Perform intercompany accounting and eliminations across a multi‑entity structure
- Handle FX accounting, monitor gains/losses, and partner with Treasury for accurate reporting
- Lead bank reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual) with the precision expected of a Senior Accountant
- Perform variance analysis & provide management reporting insights
- Own reconciliations for multi‑entity and multi‑currency accounts
- As a Senior Accountant, drive standardization, automation, and reporting enhancements
- Support ERP/reporting system upgrades, testing, and data validation
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytics to increase transparency
- Partner cross‑functionally across FP&A, Treasury, Operations, and Accounting leadership
- Assist with SOX/internal control activities and strengthen documentation and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
- 4 years of accounting experience with an emphasis on reporting, consolidations, intercompany, and FX
- Strong GAAP knowledge, especially around multi‑entity and multi‑currency reporting
- Advanced Excel, plus experience with ERP systems — Oracle Cloud strongly preferred
- PE‑backed, or transformation experience strongly preferred
- A proactive, analytical, adaptable Senior Accountant who enjoys problem‑solving and process improvement
