- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements using Crystal software.
- Oversee all inventory accounts, including monthly reconciliations, trend analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage month-end close activities and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to maintain accurate records and support business decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with inventory accounting focus.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation.
- Proficiency with Crystal reporting software preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
