Key Responsibilities
- Provide product guidance and support to dealers and customers, answering technical questions and ensuring smooth adoption of systems.
- Support marketing initiatives including trade shows, industry events, press releases, social media, and sales collateral.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Track leads and opportunities in CRM systems; maintain accurate sales and marketing records.
- Serve as a resource for internal teams, providing customer feedback and insights to improve products and processes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to help position the company as a market leader.
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer support; experience in agriculture, greenhouse technology, or horticulture is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn technical product information and translate it clearly for customers.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable attending trade shows, customer sites, and industry events.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
