What You'll Do
- Manage daily property operations, including leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards
- Maintain occupancy records, resident files, and compliance documentation
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to support efficient property operations
- Previous property management, leasing, or affordable housing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management software is a plus
