The Opportunity

What You'll Do
- Manage daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and move-ins/move-outs
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors to ensure timely completion
- Maintain occupancy records and ensure compliance with affordable housing guidelines
- Conduct property inspections and help maintain community standards
- Prepare reports and support the overall administrative operations of the property
- Previous property management, leasing, or affordable housing experience preferred
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus
- Stable organization with long-term career potential
