Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a residential apartment community
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
- Manage resident relations, lease compliance, and issue resolution
- Coordinate maintenance requests and property improvements
- Support occupancy goals through leasing and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
- Maintain accurate resident files and property records
- Work closely with regional leadership and onsite staff to achieve operational goals
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and property performance metrics
- Previous Property Manager experience within multifamily housing
- Strong resident relations and customer service skills
- Experience overseeing leasing, occupancy, and property operations
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Affordable housing experience
- Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, or LIHTC programs
- Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
- Prior leadership or team supervision experience
