Property Accountant Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting functions for multiple property portfolios
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
- Support tenant billing processes, lease abstraction setup, and day-to-day property accounting needs
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow efficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline required
- Solid knowledge of month-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
