- Oversee financial reporting, monthly close, and variance analysis
- Manage AP/AR, billing operations, payroll review, and cash flow
- Lead budgeting process and support financial planning initiatives
- Maintain accounting systems, controls, and reconciliations (including partner equity)
- Partner with leadership on financial insights, analysis, and decision-making
- Ensure accuracy of client payments, financial data, and reporting processes
- 7 years of accounting/finance experience, including 2 years in a law firm
- Prior experience supervising billing or finance teams
- Strong working knowledge of Aderant Expert Sierra (billing, GL, AP)
- Solid understanding of GAAP, cash/accrual accounting, and IOLTA compliance
