Overview Of The Role
- Support senior leadership in managing and driving 6–7 concurrent software/IT projects
- Lead implementation efforts for new platforms
- Oversee multiple initiatives ensuring alignment across projects
- Partner closely with a third-party support firm to coordinate infrastructure changes and system enhancements
- Manage project timelines and execution with key go-live targets across Summer through early Fall (Aug/Sept)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and steady progress across all workstreams
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to keep initiatives on schedule
- Handle administrative aspects of project management including status tracking, meeting coordination, email communication, and calendaring
- Proactively identify gaps, remove roadblocks, and push projects forward to completion
- Experience managing multiple software or IT implementation projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage timelines and keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external vendors/partners
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, “get things done” mindset
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
