- Review project costs, labor hours, expenses, and documentation to ensure accurate, timely billing
- Collaborate with project managers and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Monitor accounts receivable for assigned projects, follow up on outstanding invoices, and assist with collections
- Maintain billing records, reconcile project revenue, and support month-end close and reporting
Qualifications For The Project Billing Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of project billing or contract billing experience
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
- Epicor experience is a huge plus
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
