- Manage job costing, WIP reporting, progress billings, retainage, and change orders
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts while analyzing project performance
- Partner with Project Managers on financial reporting, budgets, and cost projections
- Reconcile project accounts and support month-end close activities
- Help improve accounting processes and maximize the organization's use of Procore
- 5 years of construction project accounting experience
- Strong recent Procore experience required
- Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, progress billings, and change orders
- Advanced Excel skills; Sage Intacct experience is a plus
- Self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail
