Position Summary

This PowerBI Analyst role manages the end-to-end reporting process, including responding to requests for dashboards, maintaining data documentation, and overseeing quarterly updates. The PowerBI Analyst must take a data-driven approach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and perform strategic analysis of market and cost factors to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage and process all requests for dashboards and reports within a 24–36-hour turnaround time as part of the PowerBI Analyst responsibilities.
- Define, implement, and maintain reporting strategies based on market insights, competitor analysis, and company goals.
- Analyze costs, market conditions, and profitability to establish data models that maximize visibility and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sourcing, Finance, and Engineering teams to align reporting strategies with product roadmaps and marketing initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and business competitiveness.
- Maintain and track reporting logs, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting of associated metrics.
- Prepare and manage quarterly updates and enhancements to PowerBI dashboards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to support the PowerBI Analyst function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in data visualization, reporting strategy, or financial analysis.
- Previous experience in the tire or related manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making.
