- Manage federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual returns (941, 940, W-2s, state filings)
- Reconcile payroll tax accounts and ensure accurate liability reporting
- Handle payroll tax notices and agency correspondence
- Support audits and resolve discrepancies with tax authorities
- Maintain tax setup within payroll systems for compliance
- Assist with year-end processing and tax reporting
- Partner with HR and Accounting on payroll-related reporting and controls
- Participate in system upgrades and process improvement projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of payroll tax or payroll accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Experience with ADP, Workday, UKG, Paychex, or similar systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- CPP or FPC preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
