Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable including billing, cash posting, and collections.
- Handling the full cycle of Accounts Payable including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication.
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports, including AR aging reports, AP reports, and cash flow reports.
- Assisting with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Collaborating with the finance team to improve financial processes and ensure financial integrity.
- Participating in financial audits and assisting with audit preparation.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and best practices.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an AR/AP role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of AR, AP, invoicing, cash application, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management.
- A proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
