Payroll Specialist

This is a collaborative team environment, contributing to payroll operations and related responsibilities.

• Assist with payroll audits and reporting - the majority of the workload
• Clean up timecard punches and support payroll processing
• Jump into accounts payable tasks like coding, scanning, and invoice entry - trained if new

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; Associates degree or strong experience considered
• 1-2 years of payroll experience OR standout internship if recent graduate
• Strong Excel - pivot tables and VLOOKUPS required
• Willingness to learn AP tasks and respect for confidentiality
