- Handle payroll taxes, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings
- Collaborate closely with HR and Accounting on employee updates, reporting, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and union payroll regulations
- Generate payroll reports and assist with internal and external audits as required
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, including full-cycle processing
- Proven experience working with ADP is required
- Background in the construction industry is required
- Strong expertise in union payroll and collective bargaining agreements
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
