Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk
- Review, validate, and correct employee time entries using system data and GPS tracking to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing as the Payroll Clerk
- Investigate timekeeping discrepancies, GPS gaps, and job‑location misalignments, coordinating resolution with supervisors as the Payroll Clerk
- Reconcile employee hours and labor data between timekeeping, payroll, and ERP systems as the Payroll Clerk
- Support payroll processing activities, including wages, overtime, PTO, deductions, and adjustments, while maintaining compliance as the Payroll Clerk
- Maintain accurate, confidential payroll and timekeeping records and support process improvements as the Payroll Clerk
- 1 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or a related field
- Experience with ADP payroll systems; Sampro experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and ability to manage deadlines while maintaining confidentiality
Salary : $39,520 - $43,680
