- Process bi-weekly payroll, including wages, deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and employee personnel changes.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Reconcile payroll each cycle and partner with Accounting on general ledger entries, reporting, and audits.
- Manage payroll-related onboarding, terminations, and employee maintenance within HRIS and payroll systems.
- Support year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing and payroll tax reporting.
- Administer employee benefit programs and serve as the primary point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questions.
- 2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience with benefits administration, payroll taxes, garnishments, or multi-state payroll preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
