Key Responsibilities of the Payroll & Benefits Manager

As a Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 300 employees


• Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution through ADP Vantage


• Maintain payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations


• Audit payroll data and investigate discrepancies as needed


• Support employee payroll inquiries and issue resolution


• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure accurate employee records


• Assist with benefits administration and employee benefits-related processes


• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information


• Support payroll reporting, reconciliations, and documentation


• Help ensure continuity and stability throughout the temporary assignment

Preferred Qualifications of the Payroll & Benefits Manager

• 5 years of payroll management experience
• 
  Extensive ADP Vantage experience is required


• Proven experience processing payroll for large employee populations


• Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices


• Benefits administration experience strongly preferred


• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
