Payroll Administration
- Process and audit weekly payroll entries for accuracy
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Coordinate state and federal payroll tax reporting
- Support year-end payroll processing and W-2 preparation
- Assist with administration of employee benefit programs
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries
- Process benefit enrollments and terminations
- Support open enrollment activities and employee meetings
- Assist with compensation program administration
- Support salary structure and position description updates
- Coordinate performance appraisal tracking and documentation
- Prepare payroll and workforce-related reports
- 2 years of payroll or accounting experience; ADP payroll system experience preferred
- 1 years of administrative experience with benefits exposure preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
