Payroll & Accounts Payable Responsibilities
- Process payroll through Paychex, including timesheet review, PTO tracking, and employee records maintenance
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, employee files, and personnel documentation
- Process accounts payable invoices, vendor payments, ACHs, and virtual credit card transactions
- Perform vendor and bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end close, financial statement preparation, annual budgeting, and COGS calculations
- Assist with general office administration and provide exceptional internal customer service
- 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Accounts payable experience
- Experience using Paychex is highly preferred
- Human resources administrative experience
- Experience with bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Ability to manage confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
- Hospitality, restaurant, country club, or food & beverage industry experience is a plus
- $25-$30/hour
