- Identify customer needs and provide solutions involving fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, motion control, automation, and related industrial products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering, maintenance, operations, and purchasing teams
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and product specialists to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop strategic territory plans to drive long-term growth and profitability
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
- 8 years of industrial sales experience
- Background as an Account Manager, Sales Engineer, Outside Sales Representative, Technical Sales Representative, Territory Manager, or similar role
- Experience selling industrial products, fluid power, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, bearings, motion control, automation, MRO, or related solutions
- Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory with minimal oversight
