- Monday-Friday schedule (8:30 AM-5:00 PM) Great Ballard location

- Answer phones and support member communications
- Process payroll and employee benefits administration
- Manage accounts receivable and office expenses
- Reconcile financial records and assist with tax reporting
- Maintain member records and website updates
- Assist with insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Bookkeeping or office experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
