- Administer bi-weekly payroll processing and maintain payroll compliance across multiple states
- Manage employee benefits programs, enrollments, open enrollment activities, and vendor relationships
- Support HR operations, onboarding, employee records management, and policy administration
- Coordinate recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate experience initiatives
- Oversee office operations, facilities coordination, vendor management, and workplace needs
- Maintain compliance with employment, payroll, and benefits regulations
- 3-5 years of HR experience with payroll and benefits administration responsibilities
- Experience working in a professional services environment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and employee benefits administration
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll platforms, and Microsoft Excel
